DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Price includes Packing, Postage, Insurance & Receipted Delivery.

Domestic – All orders for delivery within Australia will be delivered by either Australia Post, Fastway Courier or Greyhound Express.
International – International orders will sent via Australia Post or DHL.

Orders are sent with a ‘signed for’ recorded delivery. Once your print has been sent you can track it via the tracking no provided via the postal/courier services website. Customers pay for any custom charges, duties or taxes charged to them by their country.

REFUND POLICY

No Questions Asked Refund Policy.

A 7 day return policy makes your purchase from Helen Coulter Art completely risk free. If for any reason, you are not absolutely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund (minus cost of one-way shipping) or an exchange, by notifying us within seven days of your receipt of the artwork. Returns must be suitably insured. Please let us know if you would like to return the artwork by e-mail: art [at] helencoulter.com.au.

In the unlikely event that the artwork arrives damaged, please contact us immediately by e-mail to arrange a replacement, exchange or refund.

This is the most secure method of online transactions for you as we never see you card details.
